To allow ample time for us to finalize all of the details with our vendors in Las Vegas, we kindly request that you RSVP no later than Sunday, September 14, 2025.

If you can’t find your RSVP on our RSVP site, please try any formal or informal names you also go by. For example, if you go by Dave but your name is David, please try both Dave and David to find your RSVP. The name on your RSVP will match how your name is written on your wedding invitation envelope. If your invite includes a plus-one, you will be able to RSVP for both yourself and your plus-one.

The ceremony will be held in the beautiful Venus Garden at Caesars Palace on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 6:30 PM PT. Please note this is an outdoor venue.

Our reception will be held following the ceremony from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM PT in Rose’s Garden at Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak, & Stone Crab restaurant, a part of The Forum Shops at Caesars. Please note this is an outdoor venue.

We suggest arriving by Friday, October 24, 2025, to give yourself time to settle-in prior to wedding day.

Yes! We have arranged for a block of rooms at both Caesars Palace and Flamingo Las Vegas. Alternatively, you are welcome to stay at another nearby resort or hotel of your choosing.

Due to size and space considerations, plus-ones are limited. A plus-one will be listed on your RSVP, if applicable.

To really set the scene for a classic Las Vegas wedding, formal wear is required (black-tie optional).

Las Vegas enjoys very pleasant weather in late October, with mostly clear skies, and an average high temperature of 76°F/24°C and a low of 56°F/13°C.

No. Guests should arrange their own transportation to and from the airport as well as around Las Vegas. To reduce travel times, we highly recommend staying at Caesars Palace, Flamingo Las Vegas, or another resort near the center of the Las Vegas Strip.

We kindly request that all cell phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony. Don’t worry, our professional photographers and videographers will capture all of the excitement!

Yes! It wouldn’t be a true Las Vegas wedding if we didn’t keep the party going. Once we have more details, we will update the itinerary.
